Dentro del término de treinta (30) días contados a partir de la fecha de este Decreto, todas las personas naturales o jurídicas en cuyo poder se encuentren cualesquiera cantidades de caucho, balata, chicle y demás gomas naturales similares, en bruto, las denunciarán a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para que esta adquiera las que no estén destinadas a usos industriales inmediatos por sus poseedores.
