Article 12

Las Decisiones De La Junta Directiva, Cuando Establezcan Situaciones De Carácter General, Se Denominarán Acuerdos

Las decisiones de la Junta Directiva, cuando establezcan situaciones de carácter general, se denominarán Acuerdos. Cuando contemplen situaciones individuales y concretas se denominarán Resoluciones. Dichas providencias llevarán la firma del Presidente de la Junta y del Secretario de la misma.

Parágrafo 1

Los Acuerdos y las Resoluciones se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación de la fecha en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario de la Junta. Igual procedimiento se seguirá con las actas.

Parágrafo 2

La Junta Directiva podrá establecer, dentro de su seno, comisiones para trabajos o estudios especiales.
