Ley 166 de 1948 · Por la cual se da una autorización al Gobierno sobre el Colegio de Guanentá, de la ciudad de san Gil

Con el fin de que la Nación contribuya al sostenimiento del Colegio de San José de Guanentá, de la ciudad de San Gil, autorízase el Gobierno para contratar con su Junta Administradora la dirección y organización de dicho instituto y sus distintas dependencias.

Autorízase asímismo al Gobierno para que organice en dicho Colegio la Escuela de Artes y Oficios, las Facultades universitarias que han existido en él y las demás que fuere aconsejable implantar de acuerdo con las necesidades regionales y con los planes educativos modernos.
