Si la mercancía hubiere sido transportada a un local especial para su venta en pública subasta, deberá ser retirada a más tardar el tercer día posterior al de la adjudicación. Pasado ese plazo la Gerencia podrá depositarla en otro local, todo ello por cuenta, del comprador.
