Ley 52 de 1988 · Por medio de la cual se crea el Congreso Nacional de Política Educativa y se dictan otras disposiciones

El Congreso Nacional de Política Educativa adoptará su propio reglamento y métodos operativos, se realizará cada dos (2) años en el mes de junio en la fecha y lugar que sus integrantes determinen y sus sesiones tendrán una duración mínima de ocho (8) días.

Parágrafo Transitorio

La primera reunión del Congreso Nacional de Política Educativa se llevará a cabo en Bogotá D.E., en el mes de junio siguiente a la sanción de la presente Ley, para lo cual el Ministerio de Educación Nacional adoptará las medidas correspondientes.
