Antes de registrar los instrumentos sobre transferencia, constitución o limitación del dominio de bienes inmuebles, los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos deberán cerciorarse si los Notarios han cumplido en cada caso con el requisito exigido en el artículo anterior. Los Registradores deberán abstenerse de inscribir en sus libros cualquier acto o instrumento sobre transferencia, constitución o limitación del dominio de inmuebles si en tales instrumentos no apareciere inserto el certificado catastral a que se refiere el artículo precedente o, si la enajenación se hubiere efectuado por un precio inferior al avalúo catastral vigente.
