El avalúo del terreno se determinará teniendo en cuenta el valor potencial de los suelos y las condiciones de su explotación económica, factores que no incluyen el valor de los cultivos, las construcciones, maquinarias, equipos adheridos a la tierra y otros similares. El Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi deberá efectuar el avalúo jurídico fiscal de los predios siguiendo los términos de este artículo.
