Decreto 3012 de 2005 · por el cual se crea la Mesa Regional Amazónica para los Pueblos Indígenas de la Amazonia Colombiana y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º . Secretaría Operativa . La Mesa Regional Amazónica dispondrá de una Secretaría Operativa, conformada por dos (2) miembros, así: Uno del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia y otro de la Organización de los Pueblos Indígenas de la Amazonia Colombiana, OPIAC, respectivamente. La Secretaría Operativa cumplirá las siguientes funciones

a)

Preparar las reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias del organismo de que se trate;

b)

Recoger y organizar la información que será sometida a consideración de la Mesa;

c)

Elaborar las actas de las reuniones;

d)

Hacer el seguimiento, y

e)

Las demás funciones que le asigne el reglamento.
