° La Junta se compondrá de tres miembros con sus respectivos suplentes, y un Tesorero Pagador designado por ella, quien rendirá las cuentas de la inversión de la suma que reciba a la Corte del ramo, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, y de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes sobre contabilidad de Hacienda Nacional.
