Responsabilidad solidaria. De conformidad con lo establecido en el inciso 1° del artículo 793 del Estatuto Tributario, las personas naturales y jurídicas referidas en el literal b) del artículo en mención, modificado por el inciso 1° del parágrafo 2° del artículo 51 de la Ley 633 de 2000, responden solidariamente con el contribuyente, por el pago del impuesto, los intereses y la actualización.
