Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica del Comité Directivo de Foncultura estará a cargo del representante legal de Cocrea, de acuerdo con lo indicado en el

Parágrafo 5

del artículo 5° de la Ley 2070 de 2020. En consecuencia, será el responsable de elaborar y custodiar las actas de las sesiones del Comité, sin perjuicio de las demás funciones que se le otorguen en el Reglamento Operativo a que se refiere el artículo 2.2.3.3.3. de este decreto.
