Resoluciones. Las prestaciones que según este Decreto queden a cargo del Tesoro Público se regularán por medio de resoluciones dictadas por la Dirección general de la Policía Nacional. El reconocimiento de asignaciones de retiro, se harán por medio de resoluciones del Gerente y aprobadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
