Presentación inmediata por necesidades del servicio. El oficial o suboficial que, sin justa causa dejare de cumplir los lapsos determinados en el artículo precedente, incurrirá en falta disciplinaria sancionable por el Comandante o Jefe de repartición que lo reciba. Asimismo, el Comandante o Jefe de repartición que demorare el traslado de personal bajo sus órdenes, sin justa causa aceptada por el respectivo superior, incurrirá en falta disciplinaria sancionable por el Comandante de Fuerza respectivo.
