La Comisión Nacional de Energía contará con el personal profesional, técnico y administrativo necesario para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, de acuerdo con lo que ella misma determine, de conformidad con las limitaciones presupuestales establecidas en el artículo 14 de la presente ley.
