Si el examen fuere favorable, si la solicitud reuniere los demás requisitos del presente Decreto y si el asunto no hubiere requerido concepto de la Comisión Revisora, se otorgará el registro. En caso de que se hubiere solicitado el estudio previo de la Comisión Revisora, si ésta diere concepto favorable y se hubieren llenado los demás requisitos de este Decreto, se concederá el registro.
