MODALIDADES DE LAS DONACIONES. Las donaciones que dan derecho a descuento deben revestir las siguientes modalidades

Cuando se done dinero, el pago debe haberse realizado por medio de cheque.

Cuando se donen bienes raíces, se tomará como valor de la donación el catastral o fiscal, según el caso, vigente en el último día del año o período gravable inmediatamente anterior.

Cuando se donen acciones u otros títulos nominativos, se tomará como valor de la donación el establecido para la declaración patrimonial de acciones u otros títulos.
