Creáse una Escuela Industrial en la Intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia, con sede en la capital de la Intendencia.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, por conducto de la Sección correspondiente, procederá a organizar dicha Escuela de acuerdo con los planteles adoptados por el Ministerio para planteles de este tipo de educación.
