Crease dependiente del Gobierno una Sección Comercial encargada de la ejecución de las leyes y decretos que se relacionan con las Sociedades Anónimas. El Jefe de dicha Sección se llamara Superintendente de Sociedades Anónimas, será colombiano y tendrá la supervigilancia de todas la Sociedades mencionadas, con excepción de los establecimientos bancarios.
