Para Todos Los Efectos Legales Las Personas Que Presten Sus Servicios En El Fondo Rotatorio De La Policía Tendrán El Carácter De Empleados Públicos

Para todos los efectos legales las personas que presten sus servicios en el Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía tendrán el carácter de empleados públicos. No obstante lo anterior, podrán vincularse mediante contrato de trabajo las personas que desempeñen las siguientes actividades

Labores en las áreas y operaciones de confección, lavandería, litografía y tipografía, aseo, vigilancia, cafetería, agropecuaria, jardinería y talleres;

Labores técnicas, docentes científicas, de contracción y mantenimiento de obras y equipos;

Cargue y descargue de vehículos, buques y aeronaves.
