ARTICULO 4º. Las autoridades nominadoras correspondientes procederán a incorporar en los cargos equivalentes en la Dirección Nacional y Oficinas Seccionales de la Carrera Judicial, al personal que prestaba sus servicios en el Ministerio de Justicia, sin necesidad de nueva posesión ni verificación de requisitos.
