º Son funciones del servicio territorial en tiempo de guerra

Ejecutar la reunión del personal movilizable;

Reunir el material, ganado, vehículos, víveres y demás elementos que necesiten las Fuerzas Militares de acuerdo con las órdenes y directivas que se den.

Prestar todo apoyo a las autoridades civiles para que se cumplan las disposiciones acerca de la censura periodística, postal y de teléfonos y radiocomunicaciones, conforme a las normas que trace el Estado Mayor General.

Contribuir a mantener el orden interno, y

Presentar planes para la defensa y protección de los medios de comunicación dentro de las respectivas zonas. CAPITULO III Organización y autoridades del Servicio.
