Cuando una sociedad que haya emitido bonos convertibles en acciones, emita acciones con dividendo preferencial sin derecho de voto, deberá ofrecer a los tenedores de dichos bonos la facultad de convertirlos en esta clase de acciones, en las mismas condiciones económicas en que se ofrezcan dichas acciones a terceros.
