Transición . Los Operadores Postales que al momento de la expedición de la Ley 1369 de 2009 cuenten con títulos habilitantes vigentes y no se acojan al nuevo régimen de habilitación previsto en la misma en el plazo indicado en su artículo 46, deberán continuar cancelando las contraprestaciones periódicas de que trata el Decreto 229 de 1995.
