º . APELACION Y CONSULTA. Con la copia de la providencia recurrida y las piezas procesales obtenidas la reconstrucción del expediente, se tramitará la apelación de la misma. De igual manera se dará curso a la consulta de las providencias que tienen este grado de jurisdicción, según las normas del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
