Mayoría para las modificaciones estatutarias. Las reformas a los estatutos deberán ser aprobadas por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, con no menos del setenta por ciento (70%) de las acciones representadas, reducidas a escritura pública e inscritas en la Cámara de Comercio correspondiente al domicilio social. Corresponde al Presidente o a sus suplentes en los términos previstos en los presentes estatutos cumplir en este caso con las formalidades de ley.
