Núcleo de desarrollo educativo. El Núcleo de Desarrollo Educativo es la unidad operativa del servicio educativo y está integrado por las instituciones y programas de educación formal, no formal e informal, en todo lo relacionado con la planificación y administración del proceso, de la investigación, de la integración comunitaria, de la identidad cultural y del desarrollo pedagógico. Los núcleos de desarrollo educativo de distintos municipios podrán integrarse para una mejor coordinación y racionalización de procesos y recursos. Vigente desde: 08/02/1994 y hasta el: 20/12/2001
