Las oficinas departamentales, distritales o municipales de planeación, según corresponda, indicarán los sitios exactos donde deberá izarse la Bandera Nacional, cuando los edificios públicos o privados a que se refiere esta Ley, estén situados en zonas declaradas históricas o constituyan monumentos nacionales.
