Art. 11. La cantidad de monedas de níquel (Sic) que el Gobierno puede introducir y poner en circulación en el presente bienio, se limitará á aquella que, sobre la suma ya emitida, lo que hay en depósito y lo pedido al exterior, hasta la fecha, sea suficiente para completar un total de tres millones quinientos mil pesos ($3.500,000), en dicha moneda. Este límite no se traspasará en ningún caso durante el presente bienio.
