Los inventarios que elabore el liquidador, conforme a las reglas anteriores, deberán ser refrendados por un Contador Público y autorizados por la junta liquidadora de la entidad. Copia de los inventarios, debidamente autorizados por la junta liquidadora, deberá ser remitida al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
