Secretaría técnica . La secretaría técnica de estos órganos colegiados de administración y decisión se ejercerá directamente por las secretarías de planeación de los departamentos que forman parte de dicho órgano o por quien de manera conjunta designen. Esta se encargará de proporcionar la infraestructura logística, técnica y humana requerida para el funcionamiento del órgano colegiado, así como convocar a sus miembros. Así mismo, tendrá a su cargo la relatoría y elaboración de actas de las sesiones del órgano colegiado. CAPÍTULO IV De las asignaciones directas
