º . Autorízase a la Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público- a recibir las acciones que el Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas, IPSE, posee en la Electrificadora del Tolima S. A. E.S.P., en Centrales Eléctricas del Cauca S. A. E.S.P., y en Centrales Eléctricas de Nariño S. A. E.S.P., hasta por la suma de veinte mil cuatrocientos setenta y dos millones noventa y un mil seiscientos noventa pesos ($20.472.091.690) moneda legal colombiana, a cambio del pagaré otorgado por el Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas, IPSE, y endosado a favor de la Nación, de que trata el considerando tercero del presente decreto.
