° Para los efectos del artículo anterior, al presentarse el testigo ante el Despacho Judicial, se identificará ante el Juez y el Agente del Ministerio Público quien deberá ser citado por cualquier medio para este propósito, y se suscribirá un acta por quienes intervengan en la diligencia, en la cual se consignarán todas las anotaciones personales. El acta se elaborará en original y copia que se depositarán en sendos sobres sellados y lacrados en presencia de los intervinientes. Los sobres, a su vez, se depositarán con las debidas seguridades en el Juzgado o Despacho en el cual se recepcione el testimonio o en aquel que asuma el conocimiento del proceso por cualquier motivo.
