Prohibición Pago Doble Subsidio Familiar. Para hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 83 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, deberán demostrar mediante declaración jurada rendida ante el respectivo Comandante de Unidad Táctica o su equivalente, que su cónyuge no tiene relación reglamentaria, ni contrato de trabajo con persona de derecho público. En caso de existir deberá allegarse constancia de que este no percibe subsidio familiar.
