De conformidad con el artículo 15 de la Ley 1438 de 2011 , el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y los entes territoriales garantizarán la capacitación y formación en salud mental de los equipos básicos en salud, así como su actualización permanente.

El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y los entes territoriales informarán anualmente el cumplimiento de lo previsto en este artículo al Consejo Nacional de Talento Humano en Salud, para lo de su competencia.
