Los funcionarios Diplomáticos y Consulares tendrán derecho, por concepto del transporte de su menaje doméstico, a una suma equivalente a un sueldo básico del cargo del destino en el exterior. Igualmente al regreso al país tendrán derecho a un sueldo básico del cargo que estaban desempeñando en el exterior.
