º El artículo 98 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, modificado por el artículo 11 del Decreto 1472 de 1986 quedará así: "Término para introducir las mercancías a Zona Franca: toda mercancía que llegue a territorio nacional y que cumpla los requisitos señalados en el artículo 1º de este Decreto deberá ingresar físicamente a las áreas de las Zonas Francas respectivas. Si transcurrido el término de almacenamiento las mercancías no han ingresado en Zona Franca, se declararán abandonadas a favor de la Nación".
