Tanto la partida necesaria para los estudios como la que se requiera para ejecutar las obras de que tratan los artículos anteriores, se tomarán de la partida o partidas globales que en el Presupuesto de gastos para la próxima vigencia y en los de las subsiguientes, sean señaladas para el arreglo de los puertos de la Nación.
