En caso de mora en el pago del impuesto que se establece por esta ley, los tesoreros municipales lo harán efectivo, conjuntamente con el impuesto predial municipal, por medio de la jurisdicción coactiva que con este fin se les atribuye en la plenitud de sus facultades y prerrogativas.
