Vigencia . El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los Decretos 1813 y 1896 de 1994, 1855 y 2320 de 1995 y el artículo 1º del Decreto 757 de 1996.
