Art. 184. El fiador de saneamiento de que habla el ordinal 4º del artículo 1027 del Código Judicial, se prestara a satisfacción del Juez que conoce el juicio, quien exigirá las comprobaciones necesarias que acrediten que en el fiador concurren los requisitos que prescribe el Código Civil.
