De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, los recursos de la Nación que entregue el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección del Tesoro Nacional-, a las entidades ejecutoras, no podrán utilizarse para la constitución de depósitos de ahorro y a término, ni a la suscripción de ningún tipo de activos financieros.
