Art. 4. º Se prohíbe el uso público de cualesquiera pesas y medidas distintas de las autorizadas en la presente Ley. Prohíbese igualmente el uso de ciertas pesas y medidas de varios servicios con diferentes bases de peso ó de medida, tales como las romanas básculas.
