Cursos de Capacitación. Para ascender a los grados de Teniente de Fragata, Capitán de Corbeta, se requiere adelantar y aprobar los correspondientes cursos de capacitación de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Los Oficiales de las Armas del Ejército, los del Cuerpo de Infantería de Marina de la Armada y los de Vuelo y de la Policía Militar de la Fuerza Aérea, para ingresar a estos cursos deberán desarrollar y aprobar con anterioridad un curso para adquirir una especialidad de combate.
