El trabajo de las cooperativas estará preferentemente a cargo de los propios asociados. Los trabajadores de las cooperativas tendrán derecho a ser admitidos en ellas como asociados, si lo permite la naturaleza propia de las actividades sociales y las condiciones que para el efecto deben reunir los asociados.
