Art. 2. ° Los refugiados que violen la neutralidad del territorio de cualquiera de los modos previstos en el artículo 9.° de la ley citada, pueden ser expulsados del territorio nacional por una vía apartada de la frontera de la Nación que se halla afligida ó amenazada por la guerra.
