Art. 11°. Cuando de los contratos o actos expresados en el ordinal 1.° del artículo 4°. de esta Ley, no aparezca cantidad determinada, el interesado o interesados graduarán el valor del contrato, título o derecho adquirido para la deducción del respectivo tanto por ciento. Esta graduación se hará constar en la boleta de registro que expida el respectivo Recaudador. Cuando los interesados no hagan esta graduación, el derecho de registros será de diez pesos.
