Improcedencia de multa por incumplimiento. Tampoco podrá pedirse la multa que por parte de uno de los esposos se hubiere estipulado a favor del otro para el caso de no cumplirse lo prometido.

Pero si hubiere pagado la multa, no podrá pedirse su devolución.
