Para el cumplimiento a las disposiciones de la presente Ley se incluirá en el presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($60.000.oo) y si así no se hiciere, el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los créditos necesarios para tal fin.
