El Registro Nacional de los Bienes del Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido es el registro oficial de la Nación en materia de Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido. El Registro se constituye en un instrumento que permite llevar un inventario que posibilite la identificación, documentación y la visibilizarían del Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido, con miras a garantizar su conocimiento, protección, gestión y conservación.
