°. Termino para solicitar el registro. El registro de arrendador deberá solicitarse dentro del término de un mes contado a partir de la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que con posterioridad a este Decreto se ocupen del arrendamiento de bienes raíces urbanos ajenos, deberán registrarse dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la iniciación de sus operaciones.
